Hi there, my name is Casey Ifedi. As a Charlotte native with six years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a deep, lifelong understanding of the Carolinas to every project I undertake. I am a licensed Realtor in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and my work is driven by a commitment to the growth and development of the region I’ve always called home.
My expertise lies at the intersection of Land Development and Residential Rentals. I specialize in land acquisition and rental sales, a focus that allows me to see the full lifecycle of a property, from the initial raw land to its eventual place in the residential market. In May 2025, I transitioned my experience into a new chapter with my current team, building on my previous professional background as a supervisor for rental sales.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been my role as a lead land developer, I have spearheaded several projects throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas, most notably the 2332 Beatties Ford Project. For me, development isn't just about construction; it’s about creating spaces that add value to the community and provide lasting opportunities for residents.
Beyond the technical side of real estate, I am deeply invested in the people who make up our community. I am a proud supporter of The T.E.A.M. Inc. (Talented, Empowered, Aspired, Men Incorporated), an organization dedicated to the positive growth of men and the strengthening of the family unit.
